TECA Prestige - SP600 Abdominal

TECA Prestige Class - SP600 Abdominal Exercise Machine Designed to maximise the workout of the outer abdominal muscles, this machine has two ways of isolating them. Using the front rollers as tool blocks, you can simulate the abdominal crunch exercise that focuses on the upper abs. Alternatively, you can use the rear rollers to workout the lower abs.

The Abdominal Machine has a ROM device to limit the range of movement and to vary the muscle group that you want to workout, as well as providing easier access to and from the equipment.

TECA Prestige - SP610 Lower Back

TECA Prestige Class - SP610 Lower Back Exercise Machine This piece of equipment has been designed to provide an efficient workout of the lower back muscled. By adjusting the seat height, you can find the correct position in line with the axis of the machine.

The SP610 has been fitted with a ROM device that limits the range of movement of the back, making it extremely suitable in cases where rehabilitation is needed.
